A Bit About Me

Creating a strong, flexible body

Having worked in the fitness industry for many years as a personal trainer, I was aware of the effects that different physical disciplines could have on the body. I trained in many different disciplines, but after pushing my own body to extremes I fell into yoga through a series of sporting injuries.

I found that yoga helped with rehabilitation and was also able to gain and retain strength whilst keeping the flexibility levels I was used to from dance and martial arts training. 

I completed a 200 hour teacher training in hot vinyasa and then was fortunate enough to complete a 300 hour training with Doug Swenson. I teach powerful vinyasa flow classes with an emphasis on creating a complete balance of strength and flexibility throughout the body.
